Charbel Matar, founder of iLens Production, is a cinematographer with over 10 of experience years in the production field.
He boasts an eclectic career, having assisted in the making of multiple series, short films, music videos, documentaries, and corporate movies. He has also worked on the creation and implementation of digital promotional plans and campaigns.
Charbel holds a BA in audiovisual communications technologies/technicians (Balamand University, Lebanon) and a director of photography certificate (Los Angeles Central Studios, Hollywood). Outside of formal education, his curiosity for new ways to hone his craft persists into his career and informs his production company.
His direction for iLens Production is ambitious, inspired by cinema and based on a genuine passion for creating emotionally-stirring and thought-provoking pieces of production.

iLens Production is a production company that makes compelling stories and narratives out of captured moments. Led by a team of talented professionals, our services consist primarily of high-definition video production, filming and editing, and professional photography.
Since our establishment in 2012, we have branched out our activities from Lebanon to include various parts of the Middle East. We have successfully catered to a range of customers, adapting to their needs and expectations, as well as adjusting our approach to fit the occasion.

Our mission is to produce quality film and photography for a variety of functions, satisfying the customer’s storytelling, messaging, or event-recording needs. We seek to highlight each event through a lens that combines technological prowess with insight and artistic taste.

TRAININGS
For those looking to gain experience and develop their production skills, we offer trainings in the following subjects: - Color grading: DaVinci Resolve - Editing: video editing on Final Cut and Adobe Premiere - Photography - Videography
VIBE WORKSHOP
This workshop helps people grow comfortable in front of the camera and is especially useful for aspiring models. We share our knowledge on posing and body language, developing people’s skills so that they radiate confidence and go on to take amazing pictures every time.
CINEMATOGRAPHY
Our cinematography is a form of visual storytelling, creating an atmosphere that draws audiences into the world of film. We control aspects like lighting and composition to heighten the moods and feelings of the film, fit the narrative structure, and complement the directing style.
